I have no idea what a selfie is, nor do I probably care. What I do care about is, that unlike the rest of the pictures here, yours are demeaning, in the worst way.

Women everywhere suffer in the hands of spouses who think that demeaning and verbal abuse is okay. I'm really not much of a feminist, but she is raising your children, and putting in the time and effort to keep you happy, you really should show her value than just taking a picture and posting it online for every other to see, not to mention your comments. She might be submissive personality, but especially then you really need to reconsider your motive behind these posts.

What really gets under my skin is that you use culture as a reason not to change. I'm from a place where no one ever gets involved, or even communicate with each other. By continuing that pattern, I'm just not only tolerating it, I'm submitting to it, and it's not in me to do so. I suggest you do the same thing I did years ago, and truly think of your actions, and the example you will be giving to your children, since unlike you think, the world has changed, and chauvinism will not get them anywhere nowadays.

I don't want to get involved in this... but what the heck. I actually think Litos has a great admiration and love for his wife and especially proud of her looks. In my mind, he's saying, "look at me. I'm not that hot but I sure got a great catch!" I think I understand where he's coming from and I actually enjoy looking at his pictures. I think it's endearing to see how much in love he is with his wife and kids... and so what if he wants to show off a little.

If Litos was posting pics of his wife without her knowledge, or posting pics in mean-spirited fashion, criticize away.

If I were him, I'd be irritated as f$ck at Lups and others for their comments on his relationship with wife and family. Perhaps you guys are over stepping your boundaries by making assumptions of his marital and family values because he shares pics? Seriously Lups, go litter on another internet forum. What was meant as a fun thread somehow got turned into BS chauvinism accusations?

My point was not chauvinism, it was something else. This conversation went on on two different threads, so it is confusing. I'm quite far from a feminist in many ways, but mistreating any human is too low for me to accept. It doesn't matter, which the gender, religion, sexual preferences (illegal not included) or skin color we come in, we all have a worth.
