I was doing heat. I have one of those bean bag this you microwave. Chiro said ice, not heat. I prefer the heat.
I tried a heating pad. Didn't do much. Got more out of standing in the shower with hot water beating against my back.

A hot tub would be nice.

I do. I also remember when they brought the price back to $0.35 and $0.45, but that didn't last that long. The Large Coke is still $1.00, though. I also seem to recall the last time gas was $0.76. Sometime around 1999-2000. Then there's these, from the late 70s, early 80s.

...you remember being able to get in to see double-bills at the theater around the corner for just $1 for yourself and your brother and two sisters.

We use corn instead of rice. The corn works great. My wife made a couple of different sizes. I'll try rice next time. This is so much better (to me) than a heating pad.

Edit: Pro Tip - If you decide to try corn instead of rice, don't use popcorn kernels. That is, of course, unless you have hot melted butter and salt ready and your favorite movie queued up on the TV.

Maybe I'll try it too. As I said earlier, heating pad didn't do much for me.

So a kid was standing in line with his dad at McDonalds when the pager hanging a big fat lady in front of them goes off.

Kid: "Look out dad, she's backing up!"

You have an obstruction in the nerve bundle generally related to swelling

Heat - expansion

Ice -contraction

Basic physics, I'll trust you to decide

how new-fangled is that, letting a woman decide (JOKING)

Well I made it almost three years without getting Covid but it appears it's my turn. This sucks, hard to believe that this is the milder variant Covid.

You go to your nephew's 21st
About 10, your wife says it's time to go home
Nephew's GF say "Aww, I saw you bumping to those old school tunes"
Not sure if palsy or not

Wednesday I see my gastroenterologist to schedule a colonoscopy. Not looking forward to it but will be happy to get it over with.

UncleWede, did you get the results back on the biopsy for your lucky polyp? Hope all is good.

Don’t doubt you’ve done this before, but for me, the worst part is the cleansing of the colon part. Yech!

Not really, this kind of results need to be confirmed one way or the other.
