Yeah, I think it's provolone and cheddar mixed. It was a bag I found in the freezer, where we had taken half or 1/3 of the Costco bag, and froze some. Even I can't eat a Costco bag before it gets clumpy/moldy

Swiss onion soup.

1. Onions, beef stock, red wine and seasonings.
2. Cheese, kirsch wasser and croutons.
3. Melted cheese awaiting the broth.
4. Under the broiler for a few minutes and dinner is served.

Mexican chicken, 3 eggs, cheese, guac burrito. Basically I just grab whatever leftover meat in the fridge, mix it with eggs, and roll with it lol. Happens at least once a week if I don't go the sandwich route. Always enjoy it too, easy to please.
