Lol I can't do anything sweet for breakfast. Even if I make oatmeal the only thing I put in it is cinnamon and goji berries to sweeten it

I heard it's a bad idea to weigh every day. The water weight and fluctuations can throw you off and actually hurt your motivation. Once a week is better. Just what I read.

It can be pretty mentally difficult to weigh yourself everyday, but in my experience, it will really keep you accountable, if you know that the scale is awaiting you each morning; it can be that extra push that gives you the will power to go to bed hungry. But you should be aware that fluctuations will happen, and that the most important numbers are on your weekly mark.

True, but the fact that he owns, and has read, a Gwyneth Paltrow cookbook MAY be a sign that he would have to resort to lesbian scissor sex with said author.

That sounds like a good combo, guacamole is really good on these, or spicy mustard also.

I just found out about the best salad dressing, it's a brand called Walden Farms, and all of their salad dressings have zero calories per serving! (They must have some calories, but the label says zero calories per two Tablespoon serving. For them to be able to legally say that, each serving must have under five calories) I have heard that most of their dressing's don't taste great, but I tried their balsamic vinaigrette last night, and it is actually really good!

shit tastes good - we're having it for dinner as well.....

I'm always cautious about zero calorie products because they probably use artificial sweeteners and thickeners.

I'm drinking just straight water now
