Red bean and quinoa Sloppy Joe's. I followed the recipe and it came out ok. Next time I'll substitute Worcestershire Sauce for the soy sauce and ramp up the tomato sauce. Maybe ease back on the chili powder and roasted paprika.

We try to do vegan several times per week, but there are some recipes that are just better with meat in them. My ground beef with bell peppers and onions is better than this vegan Sloppy Joe recipe I made tonight.

Tonight, I'll likely just have a premade salad from the store. The lady is getting ready to leave from tomorrow to Sunday, so I'm not asking her to cook and I'm plenty busy helping her and taking care of work stuff I don't have time either.

I must admit it would sound a little odd to an Italian but it was handed to me in some cook-in sauce that made the meal delicious.

I was just curious. I've never heard of Italian Style turkey. So it was the sauce.

Wife took me (I still had to drive) to dinner for our 19th. Went to a little family Italian place. I had a glass of house chianti suprema, and went with Joe's Special - Chicken parm, covered with eggplant parm. I didn't make room for any spaghetti becasue I saw tiramisu on the dessert menu. As luck would have it, no tirmaisu to be found, so I ended up with a dark chocolate chip cheesecake.

Lets just say I was happy to later drive my wife to Macys and let her buy a ring.
