I would agree that it would be very hard to forgive, more than that, to not only forgive, but to treat her kindly.

However, I disagree that she isn't deserving of it / save it for someone who is worth it. Is it not possible that she'll become a better person DUE to UncleWede's kindness? And therefore have an impact on others in her life that she wouldn't before?

Anything spreads - whether that be kindness or bitterness. Take the high road if possible as you never know how you might be indirectly impacting others.
