I made it without raisins and about half the honey because I don't like my baked goods sweet. It turned our great!

I had sweetbreads for the first time a couple of months ago at Peche and I wasn't a fan. I was expecting literal sweet pastries in my risotto

The final product was neither sweet nor starchy. It had an unpleasant aftertaste and odor to it.
