We were trying to clear out some stuff, before we make a big Costco trip and grocery store trip. So I was going to just do Hamburger helper (of course with organic ground beef from Costco, LOL) and some steamed broccoli.

Start browning the beef, no milk. Quick pivot to yellow rice, red onion, broccoli, hamburger in one pan. garlic, onion, pepper, add LOTS of sriracha and hit it with some soy and rice wine vinegar and a touch of sesame oil.

Kind of like an asian dirty rice? Turned out surprisingly well.
