my only advice is keep your personal activities off social media, its clear she using it to keep an eye on you. If she wants a future with you, why does she need a break. No one sits around waiting for the other to decides they are ready for next step. I think you need to make it clear to her, if break exceeds "X" months, you are moving on with your life.
