Wasnt saying it was rice just because it was an asian term. Wasnt trying to offend anyone with the term. The way I take the term is some cheesy mod done to a car. Any car, not just imports. Im not the type to be like that and I apologize if I offended anyone in that manner.

The point is, I think the badging was cheezy on a SEDAN. However, theres no need for anyone else to point out that apparently this is standard in japan.

Moving forward, no need for anyone to point out that this was a stupid thread either. Like it was mentioned, we all have our moments. Apparently I just wasted my freebie.

That's fair. I'll agree I'm stretching the definition, perhaps beyond it's bounds...

But leaving infiniti on there and calling it a skyline at the very least is FTL. If you want to be JDM - which is in no way rice, at least do it right. Spend the money onthe $1400 lamps, the Advan wheels etc. as well as doing your driveway debadge.

if it's a US spec G and they put "JDM" skyline badges on it that is rice in my opinion. Either way I hate it.

It's like people with BMWs who drive around with german license plates.

When I first saw people driving BMW's with the german license plates, I thought "trying to be cool with euro plates". Now I realize alot of people who did European Delivery have the car delivered that way or put the front license plate they took off when they left Europe. They put on their CA plates when they get it.
