they have singles only cooking classes. THe Social class of NY also suggest going to coffee shops and play games with the ppl there (like board games). I thought this is wack but wutever.

This sounds cliche' but honestly, you'll meet someone when you least expect it.. Dont bother thinking about or looking, it will find you.

I havent been single in 3 yrs. I went from a 1.5 yr relationship into another 1 yr 8 month relationship.. and inbtwn the two was only 2 weeks. I honestly thought the 2nd guy was gonna be a rebound, but i ended up liking him (and then look what the bastard did to me.. another post hah)..

So this is the longest ive been single in a while. And the weird thing is, not to sound cocky, but ive been asked out on so many dates and i havent accepted one. I just dont care. Maybe i was tramautized from my x, or no one around here has sparked that interest. But i sort of like being single. I get to go out without having to call and "check in". I am def gonna try things differently wth whoever i date next. Im gonna try to be carefree and if it isnt working to just end it. I got so consumed in his life, and vice versa that everyone called us married. NO more of that..

Anyway, just be patient and the right person will come along. I havent completely lost faith in love.. but.. i do need to be a lil more picky next time.

I actually got really uncomfortable if the guy always paid for me. I felt like i was subordinate to him. However, there is a time and a place for everything. If its a nice date, i expect him to pay. If we're goin to a movie or something, i'd offer or usually take care of it. With my x we would split. One time it was me, then next time it was him.

i meant SHOULDNT. lol it was a typo. yeah if it's a date the guy should pay. but if it's like movies or fast food everyone should take turn. It's the 21st century, people have to stop with the stereotypes that men are the breadwinners and women are housewives.

3. Go to IKEA (preferable in a city with a major college) A.M. time. You will never see so much attractive (single) woman in one place elsewhere.

Oh oh, and don´t forget to check the parking lot afterwards where all these cuties try to stuff their billies and paxes and gullholmen things in their minis. Just when these women desperatly look around for

you suddenly blend in with a charming smile (and your bimmer with folding rear seats maybe)...

And its easy to begin conversations in all situations.
