Sounds like your driver profile might be set to Guest.

Your driver profile should be saved to your key fob, so whenever you start your car with that key, it uses those settings.

There is an option in the HU to set the profile (it shoulkd ask when you enter the car.)

I did the install on my 45e and have noticed an improvement in the parking camera's as well as the low light in the instrument cluster. Wondering if any others have the same results.

I did an OTA update to 07/2022.58 last month The MY21 digital key option for iPhone has now been updated from the previous MY 2019/20 Android version but still does not work as it has to be enabled at the backend in Munich via the dealer. In the meantime my existing music hard drive and Comfort Access has now been disabled. I have since managed to get the hard drive back via coding but still annoyed about CA not working. My nearest dealer is 400kms from me and my annual service is only due in August

Do you need connected drive subscription to install ? I just bought a 2019 X5 and it will not install the update, when I check on the MyBMW app it says that it is included and I can't access remote services to try to the install when I get into the SUV.

I checked my vin but no update available for me. I do have Connected Drive and no notifications on there either.

anyone knows the difference between 7/2022 and 11/2022?

i guess remote won't work for me
