I think it's a somewhat original design as details go. Overall proportions are very similar to an Infiniti coupe but there's only so much you can do to make a car look totally unique yet still "right" anyway. If/when Lexus ever gets off their asses and releases an IS-coupe it will probably look very derivative as well.

Do my eyes deceive me or did someone just screw some kind of CF lip right onto the body? If that's from the factory then this thing isn't completely baked. I'll assume it's some halfwit's idea of an improvement.

OK, so long as they used the Bedazzler to attach them. You got to have the right tool for the job.

How do you figure almost hald the cost?
Genesis $26,000 135i $35,000 More like 2/3 of the cost. Either way, once you start modding the Genesis, there goes your warranty.

Stay away from a Hyundai
Guys,
The car may look nice but my experience with a Tiburon 03 showed me why those cars need the "best warranty in America" . Clutch failed after 5,000 miles.... I treated the Celica 04 (that I bought after the Tiburon) even harder, and never had any problem. If you ask me, you are just looking at a nice piece of junk. J |

Its a nice shape and powertrain, but after seeing it in person and sitting in it - it felt real cheap. I thought it would be a serious competitor to the 370Z, but the Genesis's interior is far worse than the original 350Z's. I suppose it comes down to the drive, but I was a bit disappointed with what I saw. Maybe my expectations for a Hyundai were a bit steep....
