well, you're wrong. apart of being a fraud is acting to deceive/misrepresent something. in this case, the something happens to involve a drug test. the drug test is the employers way of seeing if he has done drugs recently, and the OP is trying to cover up the truth. in what way is that not misleading? is he not trying to misrepresent the truth?

aside from that, i do not know him and certainly have no right to pass judgement, however i feel like i'm allowed to share an honest opinion on the situation... also i didn't appreciate your sarcasm.

w/e though, i guess good luck on passing your test.

IMO, if its his piss in the test and it comes up clean, then there is no fraud or cheating...

its ok to prepare before a test to make sure you pass...just like a math test or something. Using your logic, then it would be fraud to study right before a math test?

Incorrect. A drug test is to test if you have drugs present in your body. Not if you have recently done them. Drugs exit the system at different rates. Time is not the issue, presence of drugs are what they test for.

As for my sarcasm, you have no right to pass judgment on a young adult who made a mistake. It is one thing if he is smoking weed every day, and will continue to smoke weed and try to pass these tests, but that does not appear to be the case. As opposed to judging him, cut the kid some slack. Unless you have never done anything wrong you wish you could take back.

I see, you make a good point. The purpose as to what the test is actually testing for is up to interpretation. Only the company really knows what they want out of the test. time may or may not be taken into consideration when the company interprets the results... i guess we cant say for sure. i suppose a fraud was too harsh of an accusation.

As for the majority of your post, i'd rather not argue.

I think that it is morally and ethically wrong. But as you stated, fraud is a bit strong of a word.

then he wont get the job, 99% of companies only test for drugs cause their insurance company makes them, so who care about lying or cheating an insurance company. they lie and cheat us out of coverage every chance they get
