OP didn't do anything wrong. You guys are crazy. He called tow on someone parked illegally. May not have been his business, but he wasn't in the wrong the bike was. I wouldn't have went through the trouble of calling a tow truck but in either case the bike wouldn't have been in danger of being towed were it parked in a normal spot.

OP never even showed/said that disabled permit wasn't displayed. He just assumed that since it was a motorcycle, they didn't have a disabled parking permit

Normally I just leave a note, have a handicapped family member, I think my "kind" note speaks more in volumes than going after a tow. Let the store manager handle his own parking situations.

weird how the US promotes fat asses to be fatter. I have never seen a thin person park in those handicp spaces. They are always obese. I wouldn't have called a tow truck though. There is such a thing as minding your business. If doesnt pertain to you then why be involved. Thats how you get hurt. I can relate to this. The other day this douche bag (wearing chrome hearts clothing) rolls up in a POS 2006 Caddy w/ ghetto style chrome rims and parks in the fire lane. There are literally three cars in the parking lot.....on top of this he is blocking me in. So I approach him and ask him to move his car out of the way so I can leave. As soon as he opens his mouth I can tell I'm in the presence of a baboon. He then proceeds to step into me aggressively. The smart thing to do was to walk away, but I couldn't this time. I had about as much as I could take.....so with a full coke in my hand I threw it into his open window. I think at this point he realized the joking was over. He said a few expletives, vowed to take down my tag number, and got into his car moved it into a parking space.
