Worst state to live in for speeders?

Arizona is pretty bad as well, anything 21 over the limit your instantly in jail and expect over 500+ in fines easy. Our sheriff thinks hes the biggest hard ass and makes the toughest laws, probably have heard of him Joe Arpaio

I would say Virginia but I remember reading an article on this subject on yahoo and I believe they said Texas was the worst. Florida was also very high on the list.
