You need to pay attention. I mentioned before that I don't lift or do legs or arms or any gym rat stuff. My body type is/was tall and lanky/normal. I'm not bulky or muscular, but pretty toned, especially the arms and shoulders, which I want/need. Running is something my kids and I have always done and I maintain.

I use the gym here at work, usually for an hour on the clock. Nobody else really uses it, so I can have music going and do work. It's a nice arrangement.
