You're not the only one building out their home gym...

I've been enjoying watching some of the youtube videos of people working out at home. Some are actually really good and inspiring, others; not so much. It's cool watching people get creative though. I saw this coming a few weeks back and started ordering equipment then. I'm proud to say, that with a chin up bar, resistance bands, parallettes and olympic rings, I'm covered for a while. Once I get the basics of the calisthenics movements down, I'll buy a weight vest to keep the progression moving forward. I'm able to work every muscle group without taking up a bunch of space for a bench and weights or an obtrusive machine.

I just built out a home gym in January. My friend said "you're looking like a genius right now."

I had a buddy, who has been working out for years, want to come over, see my equipment then hinted around that he might want to come over and work out; that is until he saw the calisthenics equipment. I showed him a couple of exercises then he decided he'd pass....I believe his actual words were "fuck that!"

I have to say, working out has honestly been a highlight of my days in confinement. It both relieves frustration, and releases endorphins. Plus I feel like I'm accomplishing something constructive. I'm like a gym rat now, working out often twice a day.

Same here. I feel like my workouts at home are far more productive some reason.

I am well stocked on D batteries for my lanterns, but I was low on AA and AAA, so I bought a bunch of those... Some more paracord... already have plenty of emergency matches and candles, but I picked up some lighters, and a fire starter.

No haircuts allowed in CO until 30 April ad all barber shops and salons are ordered closed.

We're going to be a right shaggy bunch.

My wife is *pissed*-- no dye & style for her!

I was just talking about this with a friend of mine over the weekend. Funny how I've put so much effort into my gym time and a few weeks at home is going to put where I've been trying to be all this time.

Please tell me you used your new SOG tomahawk to hack it up.

BTW, don't try to throw that thing. Apparently the handles don't.....hold.....up all that great after a few throws.
