This is more of a late evening snack than a real dinner: avocado w/salad dressing, heirloom tomato, yellow bell pepper, cornichons, olives & pepperoncini, Kerrygold cheddar cheese, and a slice of thin, imported German rye bread w/almond butter.

I'm surprised that perfect Haas avocados are available for $0.89 each in November; Kroger clearly has got something very wrong going on.

Confirmed cat person here – any cat that chooses a sip of wine before diving into the entrée is my kind of cat. The reason, of course, is that it would give me more time to rescue the entrée from the cat!
