I suspect leftovers.
The better half made a nice vegetarian enchilada casserole (tomatoes, onions, green chilis, black beans, sweet potatoes, and some corn tortillas). Very tasty. Okie has to get on the train to weight loss. Part of my problem is she's a really good cook so I always want to go back for seconds. |

Phew! You had me going for a minute stein_325i.
Pretty pedestrian around here lately. Salisbury steak w/mushroom & onion gravy, mashed, and some steamed broccoli the other night. Lamb chops on the grill w/roast potatoes/yams/carrots and green beens w/bacon bits Sunday. Sisters just sent my yearly Chicago food fix from Lou Malnati's, so tonight's going to be pizza and tomorrow Italian beef sandwiches, 'cuz we don't have room in the freezers for all of it. |
