Yes, questions that can lead into a fun conversation about "X" thing. When you ask question after question, it starts to feel like an interrogation to them, instead of having fun.

It comes with time, just think of things that you can relate to what she says, and it will flow naturally on it's own. Give it time and be patient.

What if that was the type of response i was hoping for?

But isn't that kind of ordinary, like every guy would be saying the same type of things? As a female, u know only one sperm gets through the defences of the egg, right? Or is it something else..
