Reverse seared in a cast iron is the best. Now that I'm a bit older "grilling" stuff doesn't really excite me, you're missing out on so much area to develop a wonderful crust.

Same goes for a burger.

The IPA aged one is pretty good as well. Then again, I'm a big Jameson fan. The year I got divorced and laid off within a few months of each other..........I'll just say Jameson owed me a Christmas card.
