Pizza

Haven't made pepperoni in a while, it's nice change.

Usual tipo 00 and rimacinata crust, with some all purpose flour used because I ran out of the good Italian stuff.

Basil, thyme, rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper. Red pepper flakes added at the table. Served with salad. Good stuff!

The middle one is home for the weekend, on course at CFB Trenton for 7 weeks so came home for the long weekend. Last night was home made pasta, meatballs and sauce. Tonight is the Tomahawk with Lisa's roasted Brussel sprouts and potatoes.

My wife doesn't eat red meat so she's having Salmon baked with her home made bourbon BBQ sauce, sides of roasted brussel sprouts with honey and white wine vinegar and roasted potatoes.
