It mentions he headed the development of the LaFerrari. I suspect we'll see his experience there applied to M vehicles in the coming generations.

Interesting. It should only help M continue to improve. He may be able to oversee a potential M supercar hybrid powertrain. (Mi8?)

That's what first came to mind for me, especially after hearing JC's comments on Top Gear last night re the i8.
