Oooo.....rear subframe....forgot about that. 35k seems early for rod hearings to me.

That BaT car looks good. Wouldn't my choice of interior w/ the cinammon or aftermarket head unit but to each their own (+ the market besrs what exists). Seems like a good example otherwise.

If you do end up w/ an E46, look into BlueBus. Although you're stuck with whatever display is in the car, it's an easy, clean way to add a few modern touches and BT streaming.

Gotta say, these cars are sorta expensive. Not so much the purchase price but rod bearings, sub frames and vanoseseseses.... man....

Do you have the ability to wrench on it yourself? I love older BMWs, but if I couldn't work on them myself I don't think I'd own one.

I mean, things like OFHG, VCG, Spark plugs, etc I can do myself.

But more major things like OPG or things of that nature, I'd rather have my indy do.

The cars only been on the market for 11 days. Makes sense why they won't budge on price.

I'll wait a month or two. If the car sells oh well. Not paying $25k or even asking price for it ($23,895). Unless they fix the wheels, interior door trim, and replace the SMG pump/Subframe bushings

Yeah... they won't be doing any of that.

Didn't know subframes could be a problem with these, presumably on the Cab they're more tougher?

Exactly

I'll wait. They dropped the price $420 in 12 days. That's not much but better than nothing.

Give em some more time. They'll lower it $1k soon.

Then I'll go in and drop it some more

That's got 57k miles and it's an 06 with the 6-speed manual.

Looks to be in better shape also.

Well worth the $34k imo

yeah but now we get into percentages vs true dollars. Worth 50% more? Maybe not, worth another 11K... yeah probably.

The listing has the incorrect color listed. Below is Mystic Blue for reference:

Maybe, but different light makes colors look different. Especially blue. I had a LeMans Blue BMW and it could look very different depending on the light. Your pic is in sunlight which clearly shows blue. The one in the link I quoted looks blue as well in the front, though not as discernible, and the rest of the car is shaded so it looks darker.

Edit: just looked it up in a vin decoder. You were right, Carbon-schwarz (416). There is a blue tint to that color, though.

Pre or post facelift? Which model? I like the G20 for how it looks but man, the 5’s got ridiculously bigger after the e39.

I would have gone for an M3 46 Cab, those front fender flares are to die for but...there are four of us.

Pre.2021-2022 are way out of my budget.

I sold the E90 for a good profit. It was a no brainer.
