Fraud Credit Card Claim

Your friend will get caught, everything is on video, the ATM transaction and the transaction at the teller's window. My Ex Wife tried to do the old Bankruptcy trick by going to casino's, withdrawing several thousand dollars and claiming her and her husband lost it gambling. Only hitch was the video and timestamps on the transactions and video of them leaving the casino (small indian casino's in NW AZ). They got really nasty with her and reported it. Jacked up her credit as well. She is as dim witted as your friend

There's also Karma and when that catches up watch out. LikeI said above my Ex Wife tried to do this to bolster a bankruptcy and when it got reported as an attempted fraud to the bank they followed up and found out she was in the BK and on the rental property she got in the divorce she was still collecting rent while not paying the mortgage and filling BK. Guess what she lost the house and got a judgment against her for the all the back payments/rent. Needless to say she won't be buying anything for the next 7 years or longer. What a dumb ass!!

completely ignoring the ethical portion of this. is a few grand really worth the permanent charges on your record? plus all the other side effectS?

like does he not realize the credit cards keep a log of all the 'lost cards' he's had? That ALONE is going to raise red flags
