First cyst I've had of this type. I've had quite a few angiolipomas removed over the years, and my masseuse keeps pointing out a few on the backs of my forearms. Ugly, but not particularly painful or anything.

Survived another soccer game. No cramps, pre and post loaded potassium pills, as well as hydrating pretty well.

GoT lasagna wasn't very good, but I did put about 1/4 a watermelon down my gullet, one little cube at a time.

Squats are coming along. 1x12 @ 135 then 4x10 at 185. Ok, the last one I only got 9, but I was getting sloppy and didn't want to risk hurting myself.

SC, THANK YOU for getting me back into this area. I feel, more than anything, that my core is really getting stronger

So my weight seems to be creeping up. I'm not seemingly eating more I keep track of carbs for current drug trial. Muscle weighs more than fat, no?

I've added BCAA during workouts to support lean muscle growth.

Thinking about taking goggles every 5th time and doing some swimming

Muscle definitely weighs more and is more dense than the equivalent amount of fat. I recommend a good BCAA pill or powder, and add some glutamine as well.

if you are bulking, i dont think bcaa is necessary. u will grow from the extra calories no matter what.

i cheated all fri, and yesterday. ate with common sense and did a quick 225 calories cardio both days. woke up 165 today which i am totally fine with. i am not tracking today as well since i will play bball this afternoon = burn off a lot calories.

time to enjoy the nice weather!!

BCAA+G is what I got. I'm actually trying to cut some weight, I still pat the 5lbs of fat model as I leave the gym each day, hoping it gets very comfortable staying at the gym and not following me home.

Saturday I took a nap after pizza, then went to the gym and had a good back/bi workout. I had never done the preacher bench like I did: stack of smaller weights about equivalent to what I do normally. Started with 5 reps then took off a plate until I got to the min at 10reps, only stopping long enough to remove the plate. Next set I went from light to heavy. Did one revolution close grip and one wide grip, that I could feel for a while.

Sunday I took a nap again, but didn't get up and go to the gym. Have to hit the legs tonight.

not trying to be negative but you can't cut weight eating pizza. it doesnt take much to gain a few lbs and it takes about a week to lose 1-2lbs.

Well, yes and no. Quantity and portions are everything. If his diet is more or less on point most days, a couple of slices of pizza aren't really going to do any significant damage. I eat pizza like it's going out of style and still maintain 8% body fat year round. Of course my activity is high, but still.

I filled up on spinach and beans from the salad bar first, then managed to get 2.5 slices of pizza. I'm not on a total cut, just still trying to get rid of about 10-15 lbs I've accumulated over almost 50 trips around the sun. I did notice that I was up a bit, but it was a different time of the day when I weighed in. Last night, at normal time, I was 191.8, so managed to drop half a lb eating pizza

Did legs last night. I tried and tried to get on a squat rack, but it just wasn't in the cards. When I went to the beach, the two racks were in use. One dude was trying to work on his pommel dismount or something. I went back inside and all 3 racks were in use. Back to the beach and had to go hack squat rack. Did some ham curls, watching the rack the whole time. Never did get a chance, so back inside to use the incline press. Parked a few lots away so I could jog over to warm up, and jog back to finish. Felt pretty strong but not totally wobbly when I went out to the truck.

Tried to go get a new tub of Annotest, but when I got to the store it was closed "due to severe sewer issue" Macaroni Grill was closed next door as well. . . I still have a few days left, but wanted to use my 20% coupon before it expires.

Uncle, remember that weight can fluctuate as much as 6-7 lbs. throughout the day depending on food and water consumption, so don't worry about being "up" a few pounds.

Hence why I am basing my success on measurements at the same time of day, in relatively the same amounts of clothing, and after the same meal.

I had just plateaued a bit, and was blaming the lack of change on muscle development
