 1. Homemade dough with tomato sauce, Italian seasonings, garlic, black pepper and hot pepper flakes. 2. First layer of veggies with green and red bell peppers and kalamata olives. 3. Mozza and second layer of veggies with red onions and mushrooms. 4. Out of the oven with a Cesar chaser. |

Pan seared NY strip
Pan fried potatoes, onions, shallots and garlic in EVOO and butter seasoned with S&P and bay leaf NY strip is so good. A sweet spot of flavor, tenderness and price. |

Chicken Alfredo
Recipe from Bruno Albouze Incredible flavors as usual from Chef Albouze. Pan seared chicken breast with alfredo sauce made with onions, shallots, chicken stock, Dijon mustard, heavy cream and Comté cheese. Sauce is plated then chicken is added and accompanied by simmered root veggies: whole small carrots, potatoes and turnips. Garnished with capers. No pics, sorry! |

GT Boutique was out of the Deluxe version so its a beef up version of the Canadian with extra Mushrooms, Red Onions, Green Peppers and a mountain of Mozzarella.

Homemade Chicken Pad Thai
My 1st try...some 'fusion' seasoning, flavors = taste great.
Yet still, ideas for enhancements on next dish; 'level up' improvement  Admittedly, rice noodles store bought. All other ingredients, freshly prepared.
