I poked around the Bimmerpost facility a bit and didn't find a good place to share this information. But I did want to share it with some folks, so here it is.

A heads-up to anyone using Kaspersky for security/antivirus. I was using them, and the US State Department declared them untrustworthy a while ago, and there was an opportunity to switch to another provider. (I chose BitDefender.) Apparently some folks did nothing and are now discovering that UltraAV is being installed on their machines without warning, in place of the Kaspersky products. In my case, since I had already deleted all Kaspersky software, that did not happen; however they still decided that I was a subscriber to UltraAV, and were still planning to renew said subscription! Fortunately they gave warning, which allowed me to cancel it.

Interesting. We ate there once a looong time ago when we first moved out here. We weren't impressed and never went back. The place stays in business, so I guess the food can't be too bad.

Definitely not fine dining. But IMO better burgers and shakes than the national chains. Don't know about the fries since I'm not a fan of any.

I was carded the other day and I was handing my ID over and he said “Ana not needed I see your BDay year starts with a 1”. I laughed cause not 2 weeks earlier I saw a YouTube reel with a comedian joking about the same thing and thought yeah that’s funny and now it’s happened to me.

Get up around 8 - 8:30.

I'll be hitting the hay in a couple hours. Up at 4:30 tomorrow, which is a little earlier than usual. It doesn't matter what time I go to sleep, I'm up no later than 6:00 with or without alarm. I can't remember the last time I slept until 8:30. Probably sometime around 1990, pre-kids...
That said, I can nap with the best of em!

I’ve always gone to bed late. Just the way I am. Even when I was working I still went to bed around midnight and got up at 5 AM. Night owl. 🦉

For me, I’ve always driven to work when it’s still dark. I love it. Maybe it’s something about beating the Az heat, but I love mornings. Mrs H is like you, she is most definitely not a morning person. I like to get up early and TCB. She sleeps in a bit, and is refreshed to square her end of the bargain up. We balance that well together, especially with the restaurant.

Funny you say that, Hubba, because my wife is just the opposite of me. Goes to bed early, gets up early. I guess it's true what they say; "opposites attract." 49 years together so we must be doing something right.
