The 1957 Cadillac Eldorado came in two versions: 1. Eldorado Biarritz – The convertible model 2. Eldorado Seville – The hardtop coupe These were not Fleetwood-bodied cars. However, the 1957 Eldorado Brougham, an ultra-luxury four-door hardtop, was built by Fleetwood and did feature a built-in mini bar. 1957 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham – The Mini Bar Cadillac • The Eldorado Brougham, hand-built by Fleetwood, was Cadillac’s most expensive model in 1957, priced at around $13,000—more than a Rolls-Royce at the time. • It came with a stainless steel flask and magnetized drinking cups in the glove compartment, making it one of the few American cars to include a mini bar-like setup from the factory. • Other luxurious features included suicide doors, air suspension, memory seats, and a perfume atomizer. So, while the Eldorado Biarritz and Seville were not Fleetwood models and did not have a mini bar, the Eldorado Brougham by Fleetwood did. |
