Thanks that's exactly how I feel. I've tried break dancing back in the late 80s but i was 10 and easily influenced by Turbo and Ozone until they came out with breakin 2 and 3..

I just had a 35 cents bag of white cheddar popcorn and a bottle of water with a cpl squirts of Mio. That should hold me down until my wife drops off some home made stir fried veggies and 2 scoops of white rice @2pm.

I am fortunate I get to go home during my lunch break, my home is 5 minutes away. So when I got home I check my mail and my new supplement, L-Carnitine, came in. So I was pumped to add it to my protein shake that I always have on my lunch break! I paired my shake with an egg white and some canned tuna in water. If any one has tried L-Carnitine let me know if you have had any positive results with it. I'm taking a about two grams a day of it, one gram in each shake I drink. Which is one for breakfast and one for lunch. I'm hoping it will improve my performance in the gym and help to shread off some belly fat.

Of course of course! I go to the gym everyday, except Sundays and most Saturdays, and spend at least an hour lifting and doing cardio. The supplements do help me with muscle building and stamina. It's all about getting all the nutrients my body needs for the active lifestyle I live.
