Another of my homemade ‘atypical fusion’ concoctions:

Grilled Spanish style marinated chicky wings (w/sweet heat)
Broccolini roasted fresh, well seasoned
Brazilian 'style' rice; spicy ginger, garlic seasoned
Baked beans (w/sweet heat)

Salad with grilled Chaldean flatbread. Good!

My vinaigrette lately is EVOO + freshly squeezed lemon juice + S&P. Give the lemon juice a try, in place of vinegar. Great flavor and freshness.

Salad was arugula, tomatoes, feta, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini and a few anchovies. Bread was grilled in hot EVOO!
