had a mini breakthrough at the house today....

took my wife's very simple tostadas (beans, shredded chicken, jalapenos and mozzarella cheese) and added a fried egg on a couple of them

The girlfriends parents own a small farm here in NH...When they go on vacation i'm stuck taking care of the animals I hate the most. Lamb, goats, and sheep.

Thankfully, they give us a ton of meat. Today i'm enjoying grilled lamb leg from the lamb that tried kicking me in the balls as I tossed it in the butcher trailer! lol

steak, pollo a la plancha y jalapeno
arroz con pollo
ate big the entire time

great stuff = brought home 30 bottles of chile
