You are absolutely right! The C7 Z06 seems especially limited by its cooling. The ACR maybe better depending on the track.
The thing is, all these cars are just too fast for me anyway. Throughout the weekend I was very tempted by the ACR then slept on it a few times and realized I would rather go with something more fun, light and small for the track and keep the 488 gtb allocation.

No way to say for sure until we start seeing lap times but If that car beats the ACR around Laguna Seca, that means it also beats the 918 Spyder and completely destroys the GT3 RS..

I think Porsche won't allow it to beat it's pride and joy. Plus it probably will come with sport car tires, not street legal slicks/cup tires like the acr/rs track specials.

I love how big the wheels and tires looks on the RS. I don't think there is another car that fills in its wheel wells like the RS does while on stocks.

Does anyone know when exactly the Viper is going to be axed? I was planning on trading in my AMG for a Viper GTS early next year but now there's reports saying there might not be a 2017 MY Viper due to some airbag issue. If it's being discontinued this year I might have to get it much sooner than I thought and that sucks because I just bought the Merc a few months back.

From what I've read thus far, it sounds like the jury is still out on whether there will be a 17MY.
