Yup, youngest IIRC 7 months old. The driver was ejected from the vehicle (no seatbelt maybe?) and the passenger died at the scene (probably hit head on by the BMW).

BTW, who races a 328i?

Another 20-ish year old dead. Geeze. At least he didn't take anyone else with him. I'm glad he was able to swerve out of the way. Sucks that the Acura driver didn't stop to help, although there probably wasn't much he/she could do. Another death for pride.
