Lol. I guess my subtle stab at humor went over a few heads here.
That in addition to knowing you and your recent proclivity to be asking to get spanked by this person.

Yes, it was a stretch but it's Friday.

I don't have a propensity in spanking. I was merely suggesting if cmyx6go was into that then I wouldn't object to her.

Yes, a Venti with two extra shots. No flavors, just espresso and milk. And that is after my two beer mugs full of coffee at home. But after my Starbucks, I'm done with caffeine for the day.
For the day? Enough caffeine in there for the rest of the week, lmao. Oh man, the withdrawals must be unreal!!
When I was a teenager, me and a friend used to go to a 24 hour Winchell's Donuts and buy a cup of coffee each and then get refills all night. Talk about getting wired.
And how much was a cup of coffee when you were a teenager?

I don't remember exactly, but it was just some small change.
Aye. So a shilling then?

See, now my brain immediately went to - "yeah, if the whip had a bit of pelt at the end, it'd probably sting a bit less."

A buddy of mine t hat owns a bar and restaurant posted this morning about one of his delivery charges. His freight charge for a truck full of produce from Cali to MN was $865 a little over a month ago. Today that same delivery was $4,250.

Strawberries are running $15-$20 a small basket around here currently. How do I know this? I have berries every day with my overnight oats lol. Even the farmers market prices have skyrocketed.

I hope he increased prices (can’t blame him).

I’m not saying the freight costs haven’t gone up, they have. But there is no way he was getting a truckload of produce for $865 from CA to MN. And the cost for full load today is more than $4,250. His costs have skyrocketed but these numbers are off base.

I’m not digging on you, just stating the numbers are incorrect.
