That render is amazing. If thats the future of BMW then I like how it looks.
What happened to the 4cyl turbo that was supposed to be in the M2? Now that only 6cyl options are being considered it seems like we'll see some type of 8cyl engine in the M3. I cant see why they would stick a 6cyl in the M2 just like the rumored engine for the M3 and expect to upsell customers to the much more expensive M3. |

If you got the GTR, call Kenny Tran @ Jotech Motorsports in Garland Texas. He has the fastest daily driver GTR in the country. The only faster GTRs are two track cars. He runs anywhere from high 700hp to low 900hp through the car and its a 10 second car. There is a Greddy setup for your car that will make over 700hp at the wheels. Tell him Aaron the attorney sent you.

What's funny is all this talk about investing. Just because you invest does not automatically mean you will gain.
Everyone I know lost value in their 401k's, I lost around 100k in equity in my house. That being said, if you truly enjoy driving, you cannot put a value on the thrill you are going to get from a GTR. Enjoy the car, most likely you will not get that chance again to have as much expendable income. Different strokes for different folks |

i guess everyone has to do their time... yours is now !!! Sell 335i and get a corolla on cash... get liability insurance and pay off your credit cards and loans... when i was in school i worked full time and drove a corolla that i bought $600 and sold for $1100... ...now i've two paid off cars and a house that i can off anytime i want.... and am planning to get a vacation home soon. Also... if your cars retail more than 30% of your salary... then probably you are doing yourself an injustice by owning it. |

more good advice. it REALLY is an injustice to yourself to do this. and if your home cost more than 2.5 to 3 times your salary, then you are also doing yourself an injustice by owning it. doesn't matter what your situation is.

as demand lowers, supply goes up (this is already happening, there are scarcely any fools left for the bootom of the pyramid and a lot of actual fools are foreclosing) prices will continue to drop. add in unemployement, additional housing supply entering the market from retiring baby boomers (huge portion of the poplulation) and soon to be rising interest rates from the fed to combat inflation, and you'll see a significant price drop to levels last seen before the bubble. remember, it costs twice as much to borrow the money as it does to borrow the house! |

Wishful thinking. They also used to say that home prices would always increase forever and ever back in 2007. Pfft. Don't believe the propaganda.
