Some nice boneless pork chops (yes, and APPLESAUCE)

Mixture of 2 kinds of zucchini, bell peppers, tomatos all covered in lime juice, rosemary, and salt.

All laid on a bed of raw mushrooms, so they get warm but not mushy.

I wish the dude listed quantities. There's usually enough to eyeball it. I picked up some sirloin flap and am looking forward to trying this.

You can't go wrong with being off with any of the seasoning measurement except maybe the kosher salt

I decided it was time to try a different method, I’m tired of glazed getting stuck to the grill, I solved that!

The skin was like candy.
