But I do need to say something about the wedding and other stuff.

I love my friends. I do. I love it when they show up, hang out, don't expect me to drop my life to entertain them. Anyone can come to my house for dinner, shoot shit, and then walk away. What I wont do for anyone is to make a show about it.

I don't care who comes over, what I doing usually has to be done. Nobody can ever expect to come for dinner and expect us to be in full hair and makeup.

Same with weddings. I hate those. For one day, all the stress, the money that could be spent for the future, for anyone to expect me to do that is a big, fat joke. We invited 30 people to our wedding, we just mailed the invitations a week later than the date and when the calls came we told them to come for dinner. That's it. Done.

Also, I don't have the time for gyms, or such, so I've used manual labor. I love doing stuff myself, and renovating a house is so much fun. I admit I didn't think so 3 days before due date, while changing a window.

I'm no better than anyone, I just try to live by the guidelines I've set myself. As mentioned, I've seen a lot, so carving my own path seemed like the choice to make.

1. Future. My $100 can be worth $10,000 in x years I believe in it.
2. Gym to be fit? ha! I wanted to walk 10,000 steps per day. I didn't want to spend money to join a gym. What I did instead was help my friend's business at night. I think I walked about 6000+ steps on pedometer w/ 30lbs load. It was off and on for 2yrs, but it sure beats exercise. I call it "exercise while I get paid."
Now he sold the company , and I am seriously thinking about working nights as a golf associates at sporting goods.

Lol not an issue anymore. My family disowned me after their visit and after that only one guilt trip attempt has been sent my way. I kindly told her then to contact me if she wants to know about the kids, nothing more.

She actually made my first grade teacher call me a few months ago. She sadly unlike my mom still loves me, and I her.
