I like to use the finest blades on my grater and add a little z-rated freshness to all of my favorite dishes. Just have to make sure you use it all before the tires pass their expiration dates.

The nice thing about the winter tires is that they can also be used to compensate for a lack of salt in the dish.

This is very true. I've also found that run flats leave a funny after taste, so I kind of opted out of the run flat game pretty early.
