Compression leggings or whatever you want to call it, is only worn really to cover up their little bird legs. Everyone knows that.

The great thing about a reverse decline situp bench is it's super low off the ground so you're amazingly stable compared to higher gym benches

I've had 2 shoulder repairs so cheating or even going to failure isnt an option anymore

That's how I "flat" bench too, lol
You're a big guy

Shoulder makes crackling/popping noise when I do chest day. It goes away after 2 days of rest though. Sucks ass. My goal was to rep out 315 on flat bench by summer. Doesn’t look like that’ll happen.

Swimming. I just do crawl and breast, but it seems to lubricate the joints. I don't bench any more at all, but there isn't all that noise when I use machines for pressing. Helped with overhead presses as well. YMMV

Going off this, I started doing rotator cuff exercises with 5lb weights before any push day as a warmup. Definitely helped with cracking and popping noises, and my shoulders don’t feel as sore after any chest exercises. I’m sure I also fixed my form along the way somewhere

shoulder impingement is causing inflammation and bursitis, when fluid releases crackling/popping, you should hear my ankles LOL...nonetheless gotta slow the weight goals one side of your chest is too tight causing a shoulder not to seat back properly. And strech the shit out of chest...I could be wrong just a suggestion. I got stuck at 2 plates and def shoulder flexibility holding me back. yet Im to ignorant to follow my own advice

Thumbs up

Slightly off subject but still on topic.

Came across this vid of King Ron aka the Ronster, Ronnie Coleman. The greatest bodybuilder of ALL time period!
Very nice dude. Seen him workout many times back in the day. He would absolutely destroy Phil Heath on stage if they competed against each other.

200lbs dumbbell presses is foking bananas!

Ideally, 8-10 would’ve been nice. I reached 4-5, but I don’t consider that repping out.

I may try swimming again. Swimming itself is so relaxing anyways.

Haha, yeah. I’m still a noob at weight lifting. I’ve neglected proper stretching for a while and now I’m paying for it. I currently have the flexibility of a scarecrow. It’s sad.

lol always great when you get caught looking

but seriously if I didn't have dimes to look at when I lift...I would switch gyms. Easily makes the workout so much more bearable. Thats why I hate small ass gyms or like hotel gyms. Feels like Im in a box staring at myself workout. Just seeing other people keeps me in the zone.

YEAH BUDDY...LIGHT WEIGHT!

I saw Ronnie at the Arnold Festival like 3 years ago and he lost all of his gains. It's crazy because all you see are these Pros with their extended guts lookin' 4months pregnant. Dude, when your gut sticks past your chest it's time to layoff the HGH

Same here, the less people the better. While scenery is nice, it sure as shit doesn't motivate my decision or my workout.
