Can't give a definitive answer as to what or how? It just seems suspicious.

I only bought a handful myself @ $40 worth. But I've seen reports of folks who spent thousands just last night to no avail.
It just seems like the sheer volume of spending nationwide would have at the least, caused multiple folks to win the jackpot.
Oh well... Guess I'll try my luck at the Power Ball!

Well your bank account is generally only insured for 250k I thought. Probably not best idea.

If you want it in CD’s, CDARS is the way to go... Certificate of Deposit Account Registry Service....they let you spread millions over different banks and still have FDIC insurance.... google CDARS to get details.
