Pizzas, burgers, donuts- all on the menu. 6 days of a super strict/clean diet+1 day to binge(refeed)= secret to maintaining sanity.

Oh- and lots of heavy weights/swimming during the week. Committing to the lifestyle is the tough part.

Blueberry donuts are fucking chronic. I discovered that love shortly after I discovered how amazing blueberry bagels with cream cheese are. A close second to the Asiago bagels from Panera. Mmmmmmmmmm.

Hey man, it's not my fault the computer is basically non-existent over the weekend. I mean, we turn it on to watch midget porn before we go to town, but that's neither here nor there.

Just think about it during the week. That warm bread crested upon your watery pallet, just waiting to crunch down into cheesey goodness as the warm cream cheese runs down your chin and drips on to your chest. There it waits, just itching to be licked off and...., oh my.

Even if it were negative (which it's not) I can (perk of being half Mexican) The Mexican side of my family is overweight, not a knock on them. Just a truth, so I have to take care of myself just a tad bit more.

And I don't watch many movies (despite working on film scores) however- in my defense- when I compose for them- the audio is dubbed out. So I can't hear what the actors are saying

6 hours in surgery. 5 days in the hospital. 8 weeks with my mouth wired shut. The 3rd day I wanted solid food. It was torture. You can see the bolts and screws they had to put in my face. I think the worst part was being awake when they took the breathing tube out.
