That's what that badge is worth nowadays. I think bmw is the only one to go that far with marketing their top of the line logo's

He isn't trying to be a m3, no quads, no kit. My 335 Msport came with the M badge just like that direct from the dealer. In my country it's normal for full Msport /mperformance cars to come with the ///M badge directly from dealership

I see what you're saying. His badge placement is all wrong though and there is no 5 series that's an M like the M550i besides the M5. The 5 series with the M Sport Package are all badged M Performance.

Yeah, I know about the M550i, I think my grammar is confusing.

What I'm saying is, if its not a M5 nor a M550i, then it probably shouldn't have an M badge on it unless it was a M Sport, which are badged M Performance anyway. I think the M badge is a bit much on the 5 I posed.

If it has the M Sport package, that's a factory installed option.
Not a poser putting on a fake badge. My wife's X6 with M Sport package has an M badged steering wheel as well.

I wish I could have gotten video of the turd I drove past yesterday on the 5 fwy here in socal. 430i with M4 badge on the back. I see this and immediately pull up next to the guy. I just shake my head and see him kinda hang his head in shame. He then slowed down substantially so that he fell way far behind me. What a turd. I'll never understand the need to do this.
