A la Provençale.

1...Separate yolk from white.
2...Add 1 tbsp. of milk and whisk into egg white then top with bread crumbs and grated parmesan.
3...Microwave on very low (2) for about three minutes. Keep an eye on it until desired texture.
4...Add yolk on top. You may choose to place the bowl in the [toaster] oven for a bit if you don't like it too runny.
