I had chobanis strawberry Greek yogurt, a banana, and a chocolate chip cookie dough protein bar. Should keep me full until Lunch time (around 1 pm).

Still oatmeal with blueberries and walnuts + a protein shake.....except now as overnight oats.....with all of it mixed together. lol. I use unsweetened almond milk + 1/4 cup (ish) of greek yogurt.
