And since you brought up the rum - wife just poured me a Zacapa Centenario XO into a small snifter before I devour my steak here - that my wife is cooking (hopefully properly) on the charcoal grill.

This should be interesting. Can Illinois produce a decent bourbon? This cost as much as Gentleman Jack, so it had better be as good. "The finest straight bourbon whiskey we never distilled?" Can anyone explain that one?

Not bad. Lighter in color than GJ and not as smooth, but still very drinkable.
