I saw the Rock on some talk show and it turns out he hasn't had sugar in over two decades... They of course derailed that with having him eat pop rocks, so if the Rock ever falls off the wagon and gets fat, jimmy fallon gonna get sued...

That thing with the rock has to be total BS. His big cheat meal thing is to eat like 40 pancakes and he douses them with maple syrup. Tons of sugar in that. He probably just hasn't had candy in some crazy amount of time (and that is very believable).

Yeah, I was gonna say I've heard him talk about his crazy cheat meals. Plus to eliminate sugar altogether would throw your body's equilibrium ridiculously out of balance. Does more harm than good.
