I'm starting to do all my stretching after my workouts and then as much as I can days later, just a warm up to get the blood flowing and find I have a little more power during the workout now

I normally do 10 min on elliptical or bike before lifting but I had the bright idea that since I had a hoody on (rarely at gym) I was already warm - smh

My gyms been cold as fuck lately, but different problem. Heat can't keep up with the outside cold temperatures. Regardless it's annoying as hell trying to get a good pump, usually leave the sweat shirt on for 20 mins or so til I warm up.

so I remember posting about hot chicks in the gym and how I get off track because of all the a$$ walking around. I realize I take that back because for the last 2 nights it's all been dudes. WTF! nothing more annoying than a gym full of dudes taking selfies and grunting using light weight and not one hot chick or even a female around? you're right...when hot chicks are around I do feel like i'm lifting harder and heavier lol!

The flow of college students started yesterday, gym was packed to the brim. Thankfully I was doing legs and no one does legs at my gym haha. I think I'm more annoyed about how my workout will be tonight with that amount of people... smh

I use to go at 5am when my work schedule was fixed, but now I'm flex so I choose my own hours. Getting into work by 6 and out by 2:30 allows me to beat all the philly traffic. I'll take a full gym over an extra hour in traffic any day of the week, my car is a cluncky piece of shit in stop an go traffic lol

Regardless, envious that you don't have to deal with this bullshit.
