It's a bit confusing because the interior image, on an M50, shows a one-piece glass roof that is what was shown in all of the press-release videos and was disappointing for most of us to see. Well, when you go and view the "Standard Features" list it does state that it comes with a pana-roof that does open.

- What's the dash made of if you don't choose Woven Textile Dashboard option?
- Once again the M Sport Professional Package forces red brake calipers. If you want blue calipers, you'd have to lose out on the MSPP's Shadowline lights and the extended Shadowline trim; and you can't add extended Shadowline trim separately...? Come on, BMW, why do we keep doing this? Edit: looks like the Buying/Pricing guides show: ZMQ M Sport Professional Package * 33B M Sport Package Pro * 3M2 M Sport Brakes with Red Calipers * or 3M1 - M Sport Brakes with Blue Calipers * 3MF M Shadowline Lights * 552 Adaptive Full LED Lights * 7M9 Extended Shadowline Trim Might be a configurator bug that they'll resolve later. Here's to hoping, because Arctic Race Blue looks great with blue calipers.

Some close up interior images of the M50 at the UK Goodwood festival earlier today.

Based on the few walkthrough videos out there so far, it looks like the dash and upper parts of the door trim are made of textured padded plastic if you don't opt for the fabric.

Once again, the US version doesn't get the M seat belts with multicolor stitches. Disappointing, though not surprising.

In one of the sections I saw it also referred to iDrive 7. I think they've got some kinks to work out. I also saw that you can get the M50 without a staggered setup, at least in the US. Lets see if that lasts. The two builds I did one for a 30 and the other for a 50 came out to 65k and 75k respectively. Not sure I see the value there.

What seat you guys choose?
I'm thinking between Black M and Black Perforated and Quilted..
I'm leaning toward Black M because of stitch, but is Alcantara hard to manage? Do you guys recommend just Black Perforated and Quilted?? Thanks |

The calipers are customizable only in the x30 trim. For some reason, the configurator for the M50 trim doesn't show the M Sport Pro package as customizable. It's probably a bug.
